Doc iPhone is an iPhone repair service. The transport from the customer to the expert repairer is done by courier.

• We accept all responsibility in case of damage caused by transport.

• Communication between customer and expert takes place via e-mail or instant messaging system

• The reservation does not bind the customer to finalize the payment in case he decides not to carry out the repair with us

• The cost of shipping includes both collection from the customer and return of the adjusted device to the customer
